Which labs do I have to connect?
None individually — that's the point. You connect Metrc once with your own API key, and because every licensed lab reports results to the state, they're all already there. No per-lab integrations, no chasing logins. We layer COA parsing on top to enrich what Metrc gives you (terpenes, methodology, LOD/LOQ).
Do I need my lab's permission or cooperation?
No. You generate your own Metrc API key for the facilities you operate — the results are already yours in the state system you're required to use. Labstak just reads what's yours. No lab partnership, no buy-in, nobody you have to ask.
Is connecting my Metrc account safe? Can Labstak change anything?
Read-only. Labstak pulls your data — it never writes to or alters your Metrc record. Your API key grants only the access you give it, and you can revoke it anytime from your own Metrc account.
